Many people are intimidated by the gym so they'll never walk through the door. We've built our gym to combat those thoughts and have created an environment where EVERYONE feels welcome and accomplished. We believe in loving yourself while you work on yourself and that no one is ever too far gone. ​All of our trainers are Certified Personal Trainers and Jordan has her CrossFit L1. Our 30-60 minute workouts are always full body and completely scalable from a D1 athlete to someone who is just starting their fitness journey.

Is this for all levels? Looks hard.

It's absolutely for ALL levels. We have athletes who are 50+ years old, athletes who only use dumbbells, athletes who cannot jump due to physical limitations, AND athletes who can do it all. One workout can look very different for people and we love that. We'll meet you where you are and use what you have.

What's the app you're talking about?

LIFTWFM is an app we created that lets your members workout any time, anywhere. Each day you'll see 4 versions of our workout (gym, dumbbell, beginner and bodyweight). You can workout at home, in a hotel, in a parking lot, on vacation, etc. ANYWHERE! The app is included in membership, it's also a stand alone option for our out of town / state athletes who do that have the ability to come to the gym.

Are there contracts?

Nope! We do not believe in locking people in. As soon as our gym is no longer serving you, you're welcome to cancel. We want people at the gym who want to be there.

Do you focus on form?

Absolutely. Our coaches are trained to work with you and help you navigate proper form and functional fitness.

Can my kids come?

Yes. We have childcare available at the 830am class. We also coach youth classes where you can drop them off and pick them back up OR we have a membership option where they can come workout WITH you.

Is nutrition included in membership?

Nutrition is an optional add on to your membership, it is not automatically included.

What if there is something I can't do.

Our coaches will modify the workout for you as long as you let them know!

I'm a beginner and afraid. Can I do this?

YES! Our workouts are tailored to ALL people. You can do hard things and we're here to support you every step of the way.
